With over a decade of experience in advancement and nonprofit leadership, Adriana brings a values-based approach to every partnership—helping schools and mission-driven organizations grow sustainably, strengthen their communities, and reach their goals with heart and precision.
Adriana’s journey into fundraising began as an intern with the National MS Society, where she saw firsthand the power of generosity and the impact of meaningful donor relationships. Inspired by the organization’s mission and the donors who brought it to life, she built a career in development—leading fundraising programs, managing teams, and learning the inner workings of what makes philanthropy thrive.
After nearly a decade in leadership roles, Adriana founded Adriana Martin Consulting to share her experience more broadly—with organizations whose missions align with her own values of integrity, community, and care. Living with multiple sclerosis, she also wanted to shape a practice that honored balance and purpose—both for herself and for the clients she serves.
Today, through AMC, Adriana partners with schools and nonprofits to craft strategies that strengthen donor relationships, expand capacity, and build a lasting culture of generosity.
